Skating Academy
Winter Semester
January 8 - March 31, 2007

Our Skating Academy curriculum is based on the Ice Skating Institutes (ISI) Basic Skills Program with the addition of the Ice Capades elements and techniques.

We offer a full range of class levels beginning with Starter. This level is designed for students who have little or no previous on-ice experience. Additional levels in order of difficulty are as follows: Pre-Alpha, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Freestyle 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

We have a qualified staff of instructors who not only love ice-skating but who really enjoy working with their students. They help our skaters make the most of their time on the ice, learning while having fun.

*Enrollment in a full 12 week semester includes; one 30 minute group lesson each week, 24 practices, skate rental, 3 quest passes a progress report and certificate upon course completion. At the end of the semester, each class performs and informal recital.

Drop In Rates are available for any of our BSSA classes. Please see office personnel for pricing information.

Specialty, Synchro & Stroking classes are class only enrollment and do not include pratice sessions or guest passes.

Synchro tryout eligibility based on team level. Please refer to Skating Director.

Special Discounts are available.

*Starter through Delta level include skate rental. Full semester BSSA students receive 2 practices per week on community/public sessions. 3 guest passes are also included with full semester enrollment. All classes, practices and guest passes must be used during the current semester. Specialty and Stroking classes are 15 minutes in duration and are class only enrollment.
